PARKING
You are welcome to park in the free street parking along Tommy Banks Way (1-hour and 2-hour parking)
If your appointment is longer than 2 hours, please park in the Ritchie Mill parking lot, west of the building across Tommy Banks Way.
ATTENDING THE OFFICE
To enter Ritchie Mill, please walk up the stairs to the main entrance. You will find a large silver intercom near the welcome sign. Scroll through the list of tenants and select "Acheson Psych", then press the green phone icon button (this list is in alphabetical order so I am usually the first one when you press the down arrow). This will send a notification to my phone, and I will buzz you into the building.

Please, do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your session start time, as I will need to answer the call to let you into the office. If you arrive early, and I do not answer the buzzer, please try again closer to your session start time. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your session start time, I will begin to look for you at the front door.

Once you are in the building, take the elevator, or stairs, to the fourth floor. The office is located in room 409.

You are welcome to wait quietly in the sitting area on the fourth floor, just outside the office, until your appointment. You are also invited to access the lounge area on the first floor (lowest level), by the fireplace prior to your session. This area has single stall bathrooms for your privacy.
RAMP ACCESS TO THE OFFICE
If you would benefit from the use of a ramp to enter the building, one is located on the east side (back) of the building. It can be accessed by following the path around the building: beginning at the sidewalk near the front entrance, heading south; then wrapping around east, to north, behind the building. If entering via the ramp, please call the office when you arrive (587-507-8651) and I will meet you at the door, at the top of the ramp, to let you in.
BATHROOM AVAILABILITY
On every floor, there are gendered bathrooms with two stalls and a sink. There are complete single stall bathrooms on the first floor (lowest level), on the north side of the building (by the fireplace), for your privacy.
